By booking with Debyani Tours and Travels, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed once a 30% deposit of the total trip cost is made. The remaining balance must be paid before the trip commences.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, and other approved methods.
Cancellation by Client: Cancellations must be made in writing. The following cancellation fees apply:
- 60+ days before the trip: Full refund of the deposit.
- 30-59 days before the trip: 50% refund of the deposit.
- Less than 30 days: No refund.
Cancellation by Debyani Tours and Travels: We reserve the right to cancel a trip under circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, political unrest). In such cases, a full refund or alternative trip arrangement will be provided.

Mandatory Insurance: All travelers must have valid travel insurance covering medical expenses, accidents, emergency evacuations, and trip cancellations.
Personal Responsibility: It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they are adequately covered by insurance for the activities they will undertake.

Fitness Level: Trekkers must ensure they are in good health and fit for the physical demands of trekking. We reserve the right to reject participants who do not meet health standards.
Medical Conditions: You must inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions prior to the trip.

Flexibility: Trek itineraries are subject to change due to weather conditions, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances.
Client-Initiated Changes: Any changes requested by the client may incur additional costs and will be subject to availability.

Passport and Visa: Clients must hold a valid passport and visa for entry into Nepal. Obtaining the necessary permits for trekking (e.g., TIMS, ACAP) is part of the package, unless specified otherwise.
Responsibility: Debyani Tours and Travels is not responsible for any visa or permit issues due to incorrect or incomplete documentation.

Assumed Risk: Trekking in Nepal involves inherent risks, including altitude sickness, unpredictable weather, and rough terrain. By booking, you acknowledge these risks and agree to take responsibility for your personal safety.
Limited Liability: Debyani Tours and Travels is not liable for any personal injury, loss of belongings, or damages sustained during the trip, except in cases of gross negligence.

Service Providers: We work with third-party service providers (e.g., transportation, accommodation) and cannot be held responsible for their actions or delays.
No Refund for Unused Services: If any part of the trip is not used by the client, no refunds will be issued.

Respect Local Culture: Clients must respect local customs, traditions, and laws during the trip. Any behavior that causes offense or violates laws will result in termination of the trip without refund.
Environmental Responsibility: We encourage all travelers to follow sustainable practices, including minimizing waste and respecting the environment.

Complaints: Any complaints during the trip must be made directly to the tour leader. If unresolved, a formal complaint can be made within 15 days of the trip’s conclusion.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be resolved under the laws of Nepal, and any legal proceedings will take place in the courts of Nepal.

Unforeseen Events: We are not liable for any failure or delay in the performance of services due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, political instability, or other uncontrollable circumstances.
